Grapes: Greco di Tufo 100%

Vinification technique: The manually gathered grapes are brought in the wine cellar in 20kg counters. The grapes, without grapes stalks, undergo a cold maceration  and a soft pressing. After the clearing process, the must ferments at a temperature of 18 °C for about 25-35 days.

Temperature to be served: It should be served at a temperature of  8-10 °C.

Organoleptic features: Light golden in color, the Greco di Tufo wine is aromatic, with an intensely fruity bouquet, dry, well balanced, unique in flavour, with a particular scent of bitter almond.

Matches: This wine is especially suitable when it is accompanied to appetizers, white meats, cheese, spicy sauce.
