Production
Area Districts from West to East of the Island of Ischia. The grapes originate from usual wine-growers of the area.
Grapes Biancolella 85%, Forastera, San Lunardo e uva Rilla 15%.
Technical
Production Vinification in white with setling in cold of the must and check of the temperature during the fermentation, storing up and bottling. The return grapes-wine is 55 litres.
Colour Straw-colour.
Bouquet Fruity, floreal.
Taste Dry, full, almond-taste, delicate and soft.
Alcoholic
Content 12% by volume.
